I have over ten years of experience providing counseling and therapy to adults and adolescents. I work with individuals, couples, groups, and teens. I also facilitate one of the five treatment groups at the well-established Cornerstone Sexual Addiction Recovery Program.

My primary goal in my treatment is to create a nonjudgmental, compassionate and safe place for clients to feel comfortable enough to be themselves. I like to meet clients where they are in the present emotionally and psychologically in their lives and then help them achieve where they want to be. I can also be extremely compassionate and caring while my clients are examining the most painful past traumas and concerns. Within this safe space, I provide a relaxed atmosphere where clients feel understood, acknowledged and have the ability to examine their lives productively.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Augsburg College in Minneapolis. I am licensed through the state of MN as an L.P.C.C., Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
