As Billing Specialist at our practice, I have been working in medical and mental health billing since 2019. I earned my Medical Billing Certificate from Rasmussen College and have experience managing insurance verification, claims processing, prior authorizations, credentialing, patient billing, and electronic health record (EHR) management.

I enjoy finding solutions to complex billing challenges and helping both providers and clients navigate the often-confusing world of insurance. Whether I’m troubleshooting claim issues, streamlining office processes, or ensuring accurate billing, I take pride in being detail-oriented, organized, and committed to making the administrative side of care as seamless as possible.

Before transitioning into medical billing, I spent 16 years in the hospitality industry. That experience strengthened my customer service skills, taught me how to stay calm under pressure, and reinforced the importance of treating every person with kindness and respect.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, my dogs, and just about anything that gets me outdoors. Whether I’m hiking, camping, traveling, or simply enjoying nature, I appreciate the opportunity to slow down, recharge, and make lasting memories with the people (and pups) I love most. I enjoy bringing that same sense of balance, patience, and dedication into the work I do every day.
