I am the owner and director of Cornerstone. I have over 40 years of experience providing therapy and counseling to men, individually, in groups and in couples sessions. I have 30 years of experience working with men who struggle with compulsive/addictive cyber sexual and sexual behaviors of all kinds. I have helped hundreds of men overcome sexual problems, relationship problems, depression, shame, trauma, anxiety, and codependency.

I am empathic and try to be as in tune as possible with my clients’ feelings and needs. I am committed to helping men rewrite their life stories so that they feel more authentic, honest, confident, competent, self-assured and self-accepting in their lives. I have worked with men from all backgrounds, ages, religions, political preferences, sexual orientations, and economic classes. I believe that men want to feel good about themselves and confident that they are living up to their core values.

Clients describe me as insightful, compassionate, caring and humorous. They feel that I understand and empathize with them very deeply and help them resolve their issues no matter how complicated or deep their issues may be. I help men put the puzzle of their lives together so they can choose how to feel, think and behave instead of feeling like their lives are out of control.
